Where do you get the foam nests for the tools and how do you get the cutouts for them?
The foam is called Kaizen foam and I made all the cutouts by hand.
How much do you think the top section weighs? I want to build a similar 3′ x 6′ top for my garage that I will mount on sawhorses. I need it portable so I can store it when not in use. Thanks
Top section is not too bad. But, if you are looking for a portable solution I HIGHLY recommend you take a look at Ron Paulks bench. His is designed for specifically for portability.

I love your LTL series. One thing that would be nice to know is how long the builds took you? And if you did them straight through or worked other projects in simultaneously? This would help me as a beginner in planning projects.

For me, plenty of power, smooth running motor, straight as an arrow fence, flat table, riving knife.
